Joseph lives in a coastal Caribbean city with a pleasant climate. Working in the Equipment and Transportation Department of the local municipal government, he oversees the procurement and operational management of municipal equipment. "Look at these SHACMAN trucks. If they weren’t so durable, our jobs would be a real headache," he has remarked to colleagues multiple times about the over 40 SHACMAN sanitation vehicles currently in operation by the department.
Joseph's familiarity with SHACMAN dates back long before the municipal government purchased the vehicles. Even earlier, through interactions with local fleets, he had learned about the brand. Fleet managers consistently highlighted the exceptional durability of SHACMAN vehicles during long-term use. This firsthand feedback from end-users left a lasting impression on him.
In 2018, as the demand for urban sanitation increased, local city hall needed to purchase a new batch of garbage trucks. As the person in charge of this project, Joseph thought of the SHACMAN brand, whose excellent durability is the best option for municipal sanitation purposes that require continuous long-term operation. After several rounds of fierce competition, SHACMAN F3000 garbage truck successfully won the bid and was quickly put into use.
Since the sanitation work covers dozens of districts, municipal drivers need to work in three shifts, which F3000 almost maintains full time operation. Even under such a heavy workload, the vehicle can still maintain a supper high attendance rate and an unbelievable low failure rate, which surprise everyone by its great quality.
The city hall has purchased nearly 50 SHACMAN F3000 and L3000 garbage trucks in three batches since 2018, and cooperated with SHACMAN's perfect local service station network to escort the local city's beautiful life.
