This is the project leaded by Laos National Water Conservancy Department. The project is cross the several mountains, with lots of steep slopes. When it turns to rainy season, the road is quite muddy and full of puddles. This brings big challenges during the construction stage.

Project Summary:
After the comprehensive evaluaton at the project envrioument, Shacman R&D institude decided to equip WP10.340E32+RTD11509C+16T STR 5.73 for this project. Besides that, we do 2 improvement:
1. Increase the ground clearance. So that the truck can work at this roads with no difficulty.
2. Enhance thrust rod and springs. And width the brakes pad. This help to make the truck more safety.
