Shacman Truck Implementation Principles of Warranty Service:
- For general malfunctions or component damage, inspection and repair shall be prioritized.
- If components/assemblies are irreparable, repair costs prove significantly higher than replacement, or repair timelines fail to meet service standard requirements, replacement parts or assemblies may be provided as stipulated.
- If conditions for replacement are not met, customers requesting component/assembly replacement shall bear the associated costs
The following 15 circumstances are not covered under Shacman truck warranty.
