From June 4 to 7, 2024, an audit team from Shanghai Enke Certification Co., Ltd. visited Shacman, for the surveillance audit of ISO 9001 and IATF16949. It has been 13 years since we verified by ISO9001 and IATF 16949 in 2011. The audit was accomplished successfully with the great corperation between Shacman management teams and engineers. Shacman gained a deeper understanding of the two quality management system during the audit.
All Shacman departments actively cooperated to successfully complete the audit
The Shacman management team attached great importance to the audit of various management systems. All departments showed positive cooperation, making sufficient preparations in advance. Before the official audit from the third party, the quality manager conducted an internal audit on all the management and production processes, and did a series of improvement and verfication on the non-conformity.
During the offical audit, the auditor conducted a comprehensive audit based on the process approach, through personnel visits, document review, on-site inspection, etc.
Audit Closing Meeting
At audit closing meeting, Shacman quality manager thanks for the hard work of Shanghai Enkee. He also reqruied all departments take the non-conformity which were pointed out by the third party seriously, and clarified the reponsiblity of themselves, and implemented planned corrections and corrective actions in the valid date. At the same time, Shamcan quality manager pointed out that the audit is a great chance to enhance the understanding of quality management system, and improving the quality management level.
